Copyright Policy and DMCA Takedown

• We acknowledge every complete notice sent to [email protected] within two business days.
• Reported game pages are disabled and the game files are removed from our storage within 48 hours of a valid notice. The page then returns a not-found response instead of the game.
• Search engines are asked to drop the affected URLs, and the removed entry stays out of our catalogue.
• We keep a record of notices for repeat-infringer tracking as described below.

A notice that follows 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) lets us act immediately. Email it to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". Include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on the owner behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. One registration number or one original publication link is enough.
• The exact URL of the page on this site that you want removed, for example a game detail page or a direct game file path.
• Your postal address, telephone number, and an email address we can reply to.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use you are reporting is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner behalf.

Incomplete notices slow us down because we have to ask for the missing parts. If you are unsure which URL to report, send the search keyword and we will locate every copy on the site.

If your game was removed because of a notice you believe is mistaken, reply to the same address with your contact details, the removed URL, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or a misidentification. We forward the counter notice to the original complainant and may restore the material after ten business days unless the complainant tells us they filed a court action.

Games and sources that draw repeated valid notices are removed permanently and their upload sources are blocked. We do not re-list a title after a notice unless the complainant withdraws it or a counter notice is upheld.
